How We Work
Prior to commencement of any work “AEM BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION” may need to get in touch with the Landlords, Managing Agents or Local Authority of the building to obtain the necessary consent for any alteration, building improvements and new builds.
Scheduling - Designing
All works to be carried out will be done with full consideration of other residents, nearby and within the premises and in accordance with the working hours as set down between the “CLIENT” and “AEM BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION” In addition all public areas will be kept clean, tidy and safe and every day our builders/contractors will vacuum any dust created.
Yes, it is always advisable to provide us with a copy of all building regulations drawings, together with a full specification for the works as this shows sensible planning, reduces delays, assists all involved and helps to ensure that the project is not only a success, but completed on schedule, within budget and to your satisfaction.
Any major projects or build that we carry out will be done either through the NHBC or similar building guarantees. Most large projects are also carried out under JCT (or similar) forms of building contract.
