We have a comprehensive health and safety policy to be proud of and we are completely familiar with the requirements of HSE and CSCS regulations. We also offer regular training programmes to ensure that our staff, contractors, and tradespeople have the relevant Health & Safety skills and qualifications for any tasks that we may undertake.
No. From our experience, we have found that sometimes, it’s the small things that count and very often, doing small jobs can eventually lead to larger projects over time. Therefore, no project is too big or small for us. Our contractors can carry out small jobs such as; fitting a single lock, decorating one room, to renovating an entire property. We can carry out a wide range of internal and external building work including lofts, kitchen extensions, renovations and new building projects of any type.
Due to the location of our office in London, our contracts are predominantly sourced from clients in and around the Southeast and central London area. Although we do not have nationwide coverage as yet, we would be more than happy to discuss your requirements and projects that are out of this geographic area.
Any major projects or build that we carry out will be done either through the NHBC or similar building guarantees. Most large projects are also carried out under JCT (or similar) forms of building contract. All the relevant insurance’s, is held by each contractor on site such as: Public Liability, Contractors all risks Insurance which we trust will provide you with peace of mind when choosing us as your building contractor. Yes, it is always advisable to provide us with a copy of all building regulations drawings, together with a full specification for the works as this shows sensible planning, reduces delays, assists all involved and helps to ensure that the project is not only a success, but completed on schedule, within budget and to your satisfaction. That said, for certain refurbishment`s and other types of renovations, we can visit your site and provide a quotation based survey and quotation without using plan drawings.

Also please be advised that prior to the commencement of any work/project we may need to get in touch with the Managing Agents or Local Authority of the building or site to obtain or, confirm the necessary consent for any alteration, building improvements and new builds.
